As a craft beer lover, these little jobs I did for my friends at Tried & True were a dream. Starting with the traditional German styles of beer produced by Zeelandt Brewery in Hawkes Bay, I’d do a deep dive into brewing history to find those interesting nuggets to build a story around. I love these kinds of jobs, where I get lots of creative freedom and learn new stuff.
